Fitness Friday

Well ,I waited until the 6 week mark had passed from injuring my back before starting my exercise program.  I’m proud to share that I’ve been working out with Jane Fonda taking turns working on upper and lower body.  I’ve been sore so I know it’s working:-)

I’ve also been walking every day and using the “I Do Move” app to count my steps and time.
