My resolution for 2015 is to MOVE. One way to move is by walking my body to better health. Have I walked everyday this month so far? No. I want to look at the bright side – I have intentionally walked more this month than I did last month. But I did walk today. I went out with my new iPhone playing my music and put a bounce in my steps AND it automatically tracked my steps. I think this will motivate me more.
